Bob was a Certified Financial Planner, Enrolled Agent and Registered Investment Advisor who retired from the financial services industry in 2010.
He and Sue are enjoying retirement. They continue to travel the world and spend a lot of time with their children and grandchildren.

Pam joined her father in 1991 to help build the family business. Pam's extensive knowledge and experience with tax preparation enable her to effectively and consistently help her clients "Keep More & Pay Less!" which is her motto. She specializes in tax preparation for small business and the clergy. As an Investment Representative & Financial Professional, Pam spends a great deal of time fact-finding with her clients and works closely with each client to develop a customized financial plan.
After graduating from Western Washington University with a B.A. degree in Journalism, Pam earned the title of MacWiz by being the Macintosh "guru" for a Los Angeles-based computer accessories company. She opened and ran her own business called "MacWiz" as a Mac specialist and Desktop Publisher upon her return to the Methow Valley in conjunction with her employment at The Floyd Company. She continues to do some desktop publishing for The Floyd Company.
Pam spent years preparing for and passing the Enrolled Agent's Exam as well as a plethora of exams to be licensed for insurance and securities. Her professional mission has always been to help clients with their savings and investment goals.

Andy joined the family business in 2005 to provide desktop computer consulting, repair and training to our clients throughout North Central Washington. Andy's years of experience in the field of Technology Services and extraordinary work ethic make him a valuable addition to the TFC team. He specializes in assisting clients to acquire and maintain exceptional computer equipment. Whether you are looking for a new computer, wanting to upgrade an old one, or needing some technology advice - Andy is the one to talk to.
Andy graduated from Seattle Pacific University with a B.A. degree in Communications and a minor in Psychology. While he was a student at Seattle Pacific, Andy began to grow his technology expertise as a Database Manager and equipment technician. Following his graduation, Andy worked with the U.S. Forest Service. His love for the outdoors, and the Methow Valley in particular, were key in his decision to return to his childhood home. Surprisingly enough, Andy continued to utilize his technical skills throughout his employment with the U.S. Forest Service.
With over 10 years of exceptional service under his belt, Andy decided it was time for a career change - and what a blessing he has been to the Methow Valley and our IT numerous clients!

Brett joined the family business in 2005 to provide Andy help with the new technology services and computer support. Brett brings 15 years of computer experience to the Technology Services division. He has since moved to Wenatchee to expand the technology services and continue his graphic design work through The Floyd Company and LegWork.
Brett graduated from Central Washington University with a B.F.A. degree in Graphic Design. While he was a student at Central, Brett began to grow his graphic design and technology expertise as a student technician and college greeting card maker. Since he has graduated he has worked for a large graphic design company, and continues working on several websites, creates bulletins, signs, and letters for local churches, and businesses, as well as performing technology services for The Floyd Company.
